Omzivo beta
Privacy
This page explains what happens to the details you give when you apply for the Omzivo beta. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you apply for the beta: your name, email address, the name and kind of organisation you run, and a line or two on what you would use Omzivo for. Your WhatsApp number too, if you choose to give it. We also note which button on the site you used. (If you joined the earlier waitlist, we hold only what that form asked for.)
We record whether your application was approved, and if it was, the invite code we sent you and whether it has been used to create an account.
To stop automated sign-ups, we count how often a network address submits the form. We never store the address itself, only a scrambled code made from it, and those counts are cleared out automatically, usually within a few days.
Why
To review your application, to contact you (by email or WhatsApp) with an invite code if it is approved, and to understand which kinds of organisations want it, so we can make sure the beta works for each of them. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising, and we will not add you to any other list.
Where it is kept
In our database, hosted by Supabase. The website itself runs on Cloudflare, which carries the form to our servers. Only Omzivo’s own servers can read or write applications; they are not reachable from the website or by anyone browsing it.
How long
Until the beta opens and we have invited you, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.
Being removed
Reply to any email or WhatsApp message we send you and ask to be removed. We will delete your details and confirm when it is done.
